Return Policy
For defective Games, Movies, Controllers, & Accessories we offer a 14 day return policy for store credit.
For defective Consoles, TV's, DVD players, VCR's, etc. we offer a 60 day return policy for store credit. No cash refunds.
Must bring original receipt and sticker on item to return. Factory sealed games / consoles / accessories / controllers cannot be returned. No returns for a game no longer having online functionality or not having their CD keys / activation codes. No returns on PC Games. Thank you!
